North Queensland produces some of Australia’s highest-quality fruit and vegetables, but growing food has never been more challenging. Rising production costs, workforce complexities, biosecurity risks and volatile markets are placing immense pressure on farming businesses.

That’s why North Queensland Farmers exists.

We bring growers together with a stronger collective voice, practical support and industry-led innovation to help farming businesses remain profitable, resilient and ready for the future.

As the grower-led organisation for North Queensland, we represent the interests of our members, horticulture growers, producers and agribusiness through advocacy, member services, workforce and industry development and projects that deliver real outcomes for farms, businesses and regional communities.
